ONLINE WORKSHOPS

The Future Perfect Project provides FREE weekly and monthly online writing, arts, and performing workshops for LGBTQIA+ Youth & Allies around the world.  These programs are for LGBTQIA+ Youth & Allies ages 13–19 who can join from anywhere in the world via Zoom. All of our workshops are grant-funded and provided at no cost to participants. ALL WORKSHOPS ARE FREE FOR PARTICIPANTS

FPOW TUESDAYS

FACILITATED BY THE FUTURE PERFECT PROJECT TEAM & SPECIAL GUESTS

Participants meet with our FPP queer-identifying facilitators via Zoom for discussion, reflection, and writing prompts based on a topic of the week. Past topics have included: AGENCY, TRANSFORMATION, ADAPTATION, LOVE, YOUR SUPERPOWER, GENDER, & more. 

We also feature queer special guest artists who do skillsharing on photography, drag, drawing, making music and other forms of creative self-expression. These are drop-in sessions that don’t require weekly attendance

FP PERFORMING ARTS INTENSIVE

In this week long intensive you'll have the opportunity to hone and strengthen your performance and writing skills with the help of special guest facilitators: Cailtin Kinnunen (Broadway’s The Prom), Isabelle McCalla (Broadway’s The Prom), Rad Pereira (HBO’s High Maintenance), Benjamin Velez (Kiss My Aztec), Frankie Grande (Henry Danger),

POETRY DEEP DIVE

FACILITATED BY CELESTE LECESNE

Four amazing poets, ALOK, Marie Howe, Matthew Burgess, and Alixa Garcia, will inspire the poet in you while passing along their word wisdom. Each hour-long session we are joined by an accomplished poet who leaves us with a prompt. We return the next day to share our poem or artwork. Then the following day the next poet joins us, and so on. Practice your poetry and drawing skills, but also learn new techniques and approaches to your craft. Join us for seven days of discovery and exploration. Don’t miss this FREE and rare opportunity. Beginners, we love you.
